System Mechanic 5.0 is a good 30 day trial program.Cleans up your computer and has a very good popup blocker.

Well, if you\'re using Windows XP, get the Service Pack 2 which has one. Otherwise, download the Yahoo! toolbar. The Google toolbar has one too (I think).
