Get a big piece of bristol board and write user posted image on it, then secure it around your neck with a shoelace.

i would have to say vaccuforming it...but you would have to sculpture all the parts...or possibly buying a cheap(none of them are really cheap..some just cheaper than others) trooper armor kit and adding and customizing it....regardless, i don\'t think it would be very easy to do...just my 2 cents
