Ok....since I woke up this morning a muscle in my back has been killing me. I can barely left it, I must have slept on it the wrong way. I\'ve taken plenty of asperin, but it still doesn\'t seem to work. Anybody have any recommendations?

This has happened to me before, a few times. You pulled a muscle in your back. It\'s from moving the wrong way wich is easy to do while sleeping. You can go to the doctors but they can\'t do anything but give you Pain Killers and Muscle Relaxers.

Thanks Kyle, I think i\'m going to bed soon, hoping I\'ll sleep it off. Let\'s hope by tomorrow it\'s gone.....I\'ve always wondered how you can pull a muscle just by moving when your sleeping. You do much more movement when your awake..hm...

Pffft, goodluck. My pulled muscle lasted me over a week. It was the worst pain i\'ve ever felt.

dude, if you know it is your muscle then you are LUCKY.
at least you know it doesn;t have anything to do with your spine or a slipped disk or anything like that.
try icy hot...have someone rub it on your back around the muscle.
or if you can find it, get tiger balm

also try laying on your back and pulling your knees tight toward your chest.

the first day or two you have a back injury apply ice
after that apply hot

Yeah, I had the same thing too, lasted about a week for me as well. Get ahold of some Skelaxin (muscle relaxer) if you can, and some painkillers. Other than that.....sorry bro, just gonna have to wait it out.
