Looking For Programs!

Can any of you guys give me a hand, I am looking for programs that I can do flash with or just animated gifs. I do not have kazaa or any of those types of programs on my pc so if any one has any kind of programs like this that would be awesome, I do not no names of any, I heard dreamweaver is good, I need some kind of program for my website & for the film. Bootleg\'s are bad :o but sure are easy on the wallet, if you want a few bucks for helping me out that is not a problem. Let me no I would really, really apprecaite any help.

[edit]- humm, cant seem to find anything looking under (flash animation maker) and such...try to find the name of a program that makes flash animations and i will get it for you no problem!

I think the program is called fireworks...not sure. Check around Google for some good ones.
