Need Help With Restrap Please

I need to restrap my pt7 Hockey Mask from Bump in the Night. I cant stand the big stiff leather straps it came with. It looks like the straps r riveted on, so I need to know how to get these off with out hurting the mask. I guess then I just get the same size rivets to put the new straps on? Any help will be appreciated.

get some newspaper and lay the Hockey Mask over it so you dont scratch it when your doin this. get a drill and drill through the rivet from the back of the Hockey Mask, hope that helps

Be careful with the drill.. if the rivet start to get hot.. it can melt the hole.. run it under water and do it..

Pt7 doesnt have rivets it has Brass paper snaps.. send me your addy and ill mail yo 3 paper snaps.. i still have a whole box..i think.. from when i painted a couple blanks a while back...
