Ebay Scams Are Getting Worse

Well i have just had someone i offered a second chance offer to, contact me saying someone else has contacted them claiming to be me and offering them the item.I am in the uk and they are in Germany, i assume i should contact ebay about it, but where, spoof at ebay? any advice would be great

To report it go on the bottom of the ebay page and click security & resolutions center. From their you have to follow the links and you can report it. I had someone pull that crap with me bidding on a screen used VS mask. He sent me the second chance offer and even said he'd take half the payment now, ship my mask to me and he'd trust me enough to pay him the rest in installments. LOL As if anyone is that dumb.
