Those look sweet! I tried a spot test of the fabric clue I got of about 6 inches on my part 7 shirt, which is cotton/nylon, and at first it was white and sticky some. But then it dried clear and glazed hard! No stickiness! But I will need a lot bigger tube of the modge podge or silicone, whichever I should use? Is silicone caulking alright to just use out of the tube, or you do also have to dilute it with water like modge podge? Any tips on how to apply? If I did get white spots it would not be a big deal, as I could simply paint over them with blood, dirty, powder wounds etc.Also how do I get started with the liquid latex? Do I just buy a big tube of it, then use paper cotton to build up forearms, the just starting painting it on? Can I then paint the latex later? Do I need any sealers etc? How do you make a 50/50 water/modge podge solution? A styrofoam cup? Will liquid latex ruin brushes? Silicone, Modge Podge? Thanks.

In my experience, you can use the silicone chaulk rigt out of the tube, just make sure you spread it on thinly and evenly so It will dy thoroughly and clear. I used a medium to stiff bristle paint brush to spread it.

If you use the silicone caulking, thin it with white spirit, makes brushing easier, i sealed a lifesize dr tongue prop with caulking to make it waterproof

After a couple of days to dry, the fabric glue I used as a test seemed to be perfect, but only found it in 4 oz. bottles so far. No stickiness now. Also what is the exact type of liquid latex I need? <a href=\"http://www.monstermakers.com/_search.php?page=1&q=liquid+latex\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.monstermakers.com/_search.php?p...;q=liquid+latex</a> I found some here, but have no idea where to start. I want to be able to build up forearms, and other parts to a rubber like skin, and then be able to paint them. Who sells this the cheapest, or where is the best place to get the most for the best price? What kind?

Still not sure what do go with, as the fabric glue does not come in big enough tubes, but worked great on a spot test. I saw clear caulking, do you have to buy a caulking gun to use this? Would modge podge be better? It says on the bottle to avoid tackiness spray with acrylic sealer, which is in a spray can underneath it. Would this all work on fabric? Do you have to mix water with modge podge, or can you use it thin alone? You can use caulking out of the tube?

Well Monstermakers told me for building up parts that "Our RD-407 Latex should work fine." Anyone else use this liquid latex?

RD-407 is in fact mask making latex...which is what i mentioned to you on the first page....Tommyso yeah, it would work as well
