Diehard Mask? Details? Value?

Hello, this is Kevin from the House of Mysterious Secrets; I have what I believe to be a NIGHTOWL Production "Diehard" Mask, but I'm not sure. I've never seen one like it before and I didn't know what version it was. I was thinking about putting it for sale on my website. Could anyone please fill me in on the details? Plus, could anyone please give me some fair estimates as to what it is worth?
