Salem's Lot

I just watched salems lot after not seeing it for a few years. I seriously had to fight not falling asleep. This movie is brutally boring. Only thing cool about it is barlow. Anyone else agree?

Not seen it for a while now but as I remember it wasnt best of the movies based on one of Kings books.

I just watched it the other day for the first time in it\'s entirety. I thought it was pretty good, undeniably a little boring. Barlow is cool as hell but needed to be in the movie longer, and for christ\'s sake, put up a fight when someone\'s trying to stake you. Is Return to Salem\'s Lot any good?

I have quite a few King movies, including Salem\'s Lot. Yeah, it\'s long alright. This was one of those mini series on tv, like The Stand, and Rose Red, etc., so they needed to stretch it out to fit the week it was on. They could trim alot out of this movie and it would be alot better. I\'m looking forward to the remake. I just hope it doesnt suck too badly. His last remake, The Shining, was closer to the book than the Jack Nicholson flick, but I liked the original better in that case.
