Custom Burned Guy Hat

I just finished weathering a fedora I purchased to go along with my that burned guy costume for this year\'s Halloween. Tell me what you think. (I would have taken pictures of myself wearing the mask and hat, but I still have to cut a slit into it and I don\'t want to do that until I practice installing a zipper onto another, more cheaper, mask.)

Edit: Added some shoe polish to the hat. Two pics at the end.
