Ok here\'s the deal. These are made from an original tooling master straight from Don Post studios. Basically, you are getting a blank helmet casting perfect and ready for primer and paint and decals. Original decals included as well. This is essentially a 1500$ Don Post deluxe helmet that sold in the mid 90s for a fraction of the cost. Call it a reissue under the table if you will

No pictures because it is off being molded by a professional mold maker and caster.

I already posted this at the RPF but figured i\'d post here just in case.. 2 spots left

    250$ per pull

I can provide pics of an original DP deluxe if you want. There will be no difference in size and detail!!!!!

Here is the deluxe. At the moment the chest piece is not included. I wish it were.

But this is essentially what you will receive in blank form. Sgt. Fang on the HMA is doing the pulls..you can see the Russ L Hannibal he did. they will be perfect. He says the master copy is buffing to a near glass finish!!!

The exact material escapes me. THe person doing these is casting them in a rotocast method using some sort of silplastic or something??? I think it\'s a resin that has some give to it and feels more like fiberglass. I\'ve never used the stuff so not sure. The master copy I is fiberglass tho

Actually I may just about be sold out on these already. It was a quick project. If I had the time i\'d of done them myself and do them throughout the year but i\'m just too busy.

No vader..just got this master recently

Ahh the ole roto mold, I have a roto molding machine, there is two ways if he is putting it in a oven then it is thermal plastic, if not a oven then it is urethane with a 80 or thereabouts shore rating.. or like the old Don Post mask with slipcast, .. nice piece, is it the same size as the original or is it smaller?..
    Thanks
    Ken

It is dead on the original since this is the original pattern they made the molds from. It\'s first Gen basically using new molds made fromthe master that made the original molds....say that fast...,llol
