Anyone know anything about this guy? I ordered a mask off him 3 weeks ago off ebay and he hasn\'t answered a single e-mail or anything. Someone said he worked for BITN or something but this is getting annoying.

From my understanding...Chuck Jarman is BITN, no?

I\'ve ordered from him several times and they have all come in decent time (4-6 weeks)....though I did notice that they are slow on responses....half the time, someone else responded via e-mail...Chuck was often busy....

I don\'t think you should worry like you would with some random mask maker. BITN is high profile and I don\'t think Chuck could chance ruining his rep and name.

Ive ordered from BITN as well and recieved it in a timely manner but I was disappointed in the finishing work. The same piece I was shown pictures of was nothing like what i recieved, it looked rushed. Just my 2 cents

Most everything you get from Bump / Chuck will not look as nice as it does on his website. I\'ve been very disappointed with masks I got from him. The only piece I\'m semi-happy about is the Pennywise I got from him way back when. Even that didn\'t look as nice as it did on his website... but it\'s still a nice piece to have.

The stuff I\'ve been getting from Chuck has been pretty damn nice. It may be hit and miss, but I\'m really happy with it.

Most, if not all Bump In The Night masks are mass produced so their quality isn\'t as good as it could be. Whenever I ordered from them I\'ve had any issues taken care of pretty quick. I wouldn\'t worry about getting ripped off or anything.
