Those are the haunted portraits that when you walk past them the pictures change from normal to zombie versions lol, we had those at our halloween haunted mansion wedding reception last october

Ah he is from the movie of the same name: "The Incredible Melting Man"

Astronaut comes back from space after an accident (i guess they get too close to the sun and everyone else on board dies) and he starts falling apart, as he is melting away slowly he decides to start eating and killing people.

CLASSIC!
