I thought Savini did an admirable job on his version but I'm still partial to the original. I thought Land had some nice effects and makeup and the leads were great. I just felt like the story plodded along and there were no great shock gags or scares......Maybe I'll watch it again and give it a second chance

And last but not least grindhouse a movie by Quentin tarantino and robert rodriguez which come's as a double feature film has 1 part called planet terror which is zombie oriented and has savini in it as well.

This site is moderated more aggresively. I'm not saying that is a bad thing either, so please don't take that wrong. It keeps things from getting out of hand most of the time here.

Ohhhhh man you guy's aint seen outta hand yet lol.I play alot of game's online and man them forum's get rediculously out of hand.It's excellent to have a more mellow group.I mean what more could ya ask for right? no headache's or nothing,everyone is respectful and the compliment's are great.I simply cant get over this place and the amount of help you get when you need it,it's like people jump at the chance to help one another out here........thats AWESOME.

I love NOTLD, DAWN and DAY but, LOTD sadly is probably one of my least fav zombie films. I really liked and enjoyed Savini's NOTLD and the DAWN remake a lot. ROTLD and ROTLD 3 are great as well imo. I know that slow zombie's were the first and are classic, but I really like the fast aggressive type zombies. They add something new to the genre. It seems more difficult to survive and they aren't as easy to kill.
