Where is the best place to get one? I did not see one available here in the catalog. I seen a few on eBay, but they seem scarce. Will NIGHTOWL ever offer these?

There's Mike of Faces of Death that's been offering them for low prices lately. Or Darkside Paul with the old Featured Creatures "Big City Slasher", or if you get lucky enough and can afford one of the original GOHS 8 busts. I think Eddie "Slasherhouse" offers some pt. 8 hoods/undermasks.
