I had one awhile ago, and to me it doesnt seem to be based off of any movie.

In my opinion: When i look at the flesh-burns/scars/details/ears/mouth to me it does not seem exactly to be based off of any specific NOES movie.I think maybe that mask is a "mix" of part 3 (Dream Warriors) and part 4 (The Dream Master)
