Well, it looks like I may have to sell something that I honestly NEVER intended to get rid of, but as I've said before, sometimes 'life' happens, and you have to do what you have to do.Unfortunately, I have run into some MAJOR financial issues, and must part with this beautiful piece. I am currently trying to get some bills paid, and am also saving up to work on a possible film project in the U.S.I know I don't have to go into an extensive amount of detail about the history of the DW/KH mask run, as most of you guys and gals know it's history. But I WILL shed some light about this particular mask. SOME INFO ON THE #2 MASK:-This #2 mask (Ken's Personal Copy), was painted next to Dick Warlock's #1 mask in 2002, making them both IDENTICAL. The next few masks were painted using the same paint scheme, but seperate from these 2.-The first 2 masks (#1 & #2) were painted using Ken's pictures of DW's 'Screen Used' H2 mask.-DW signed the outside neck of the mask to Ken. It says:"Ken - You did it man! Dick Warlock-H2"It's also numbered '2' on the inside of the mask.-Being a VERY good friend of Dick's, and having been to his home BEFORE he sold the HERO mask to that Collector in Ohio, I can assure you that Ken NAILED the paint and hair on the 1st 2 masks (Dick's and his). -The next few looked great as well, but Ken used his personal copy as reference to paint them. By the time Ken got to the 5th or 6th mask, he started using that 'Grey' paint scheme, which wasn't as 'screen-accurate' as the first few, although it still looked great, mainly due to the fantastic sculpt that Ken did.-The first few DW/KH masks were poured thin, like the 75 KIRK masks, so this is basically the same size and thickness of the 75 KIRK.-Basically, the Mask is as ACCURATE as you can get, and of course, being the Artists PERSONAL COPY, as RARE as you can get.I am currently taking offers starting at $4,500.00 U.S. for the DW/KH #2 mask.ABSOLUTELY NO TRADES. Like I said, I NEVER wanted to part with this piece, so if I'm forced to do so, it is SOLELY for the purpose to make some $$$ that I really need right now. I added a 'screen cap' from H2 along with the #2 mask pics to just show the unbelievable comparison of this mask to the HERO as seen in H2.If there is no interest within the next few days or so, I will most likely make it available to the general public by putting it up on good 'ol eBay.
