Additional post with questions:- where did the screen used Jason X mask come from, where you made your masks of? Was it the same mask that was providet by NewLine when they made the NECA run? - Is the "original Part 7 mold" you mention on your website the same as used by Frightstuff to create their masks from the "original part 7 movie mold"?- JGTH mask. Were the splittings and damages made post-casting or were they part of the "original JGTH mold"?I`m looking forward to answers directly from silvershampainnovelties or from people who can provide any infos about that.Thank you.Mario

I only saw it on the X at first.I've always thought they looked kind of thick, too, but I don't think they're as thick as they look, really.I'm completely aware that we're getting very off-topic here, but I thought I'd share a picture of my newly aquired SSN Part 7 hockey mask (it might interest Mario...):Thanks again, Jared!

well Mario , i know i read somewhere ( might have been the old EFEX ALIVE ) that the JGTH mask was made from the same mold as the part 7 . so the eye damage and everything wouldn't be from the mold itself and would have been cut afterwards . as for the thick masks on SSN , i believe that the ones pictured were fiberglass prototypes and all the masks they ship out are of ABS instead . also i always thought that part 4 used nylon and not elastic as the ends frayed and you could see the texture of the straps in some scenes . i dunno i could be wrong about that mike,

I have my hunches about quite a few things from SSN, but I can't really say for sure so I usually just keep it to myself.
