    I just finished this up today. It is made from sheet metal. I buffed it up...it shines like a charm! Came out real nice! It\'s about 15 inches long. It will look good with my Nemesis mask.

    looks awesome man, if you want you could even grind it on a bench grinder to get a sort of "sharpened look" (but still dull) or just set it up in a vise and file it

    4 1/2" handheld grinder with a flap-sand disk. Works great.
    Good job by the way. Have any better pics of the handle?
