    Right now the option for wearing is the right disfigured eye, you can choose to get it with or without (I chose with). There is plans for a wearable full mask I believe, though it is not offered yet. The bust could in theory be cut to use as a full face mask, but would be better served as a bust, and would be rather expensive to purchase and cut IMHO.
