Just watched a good dvd last night, Midnight Meat Train. Worth watching, has some great effects if you like large hammers smashing someones face in!!

Yeah, Midnight Meat Train was a great film. I wouldn't expect anything less from Clive though.

I've actually been meaning to check it out for a couple of weeks now. It looks really good (and from what I've heard, it is). I think I'll watch it sometime this weekend.

I remember seeing a trailer for this in the theater a LONG time ago, and everyone in the theater laughed and made fun of it primarily due to the name and the serious tone the trailer had.Then I don't think it ever arrived in theaters. A few months ago I saw it on FearNet OnDemand and decided to watch. Really enjoyed it. Some good brutality, and decent storyline and interesting climax that I didn't see coming.Would highly recommend it to any horror fans.

I love Barker's Books of Blood, which this is from, so I really dug this movie. I know some people unfamiliar with the short story hated the ending, but I always liked the way it ended.

Yeah, the ending threw me off a little, but I did like this movie a lot. I've never read much of Barker's work, but I really want to. I need to get myself a library card or something.
