Scammed Again...

I buy/sell/trade on a BMX forum and this has been happening more and more lately-- thieves and deadbeats. It's really sad that people can be dishonest in hobby-related forums, I mean... generally the one ripping off also buys and trades in the hobby. How wold they feel if they were in the same shoes?Grr.

Sorry this is happening, A.I say put they're butt on blast and see if you don't get this lopsided trade resolved......if the offending party does not hold up to their end — we'll make sure they are banned (providing they are members of this forum of course).

Please let us know somehow who scammed you? This stuff is getting out of hand and it is reflecting horribly on the hobby! Light needs to be shed on these individuals and the only way to combat this is to share information amongst fellow collectors.E.A.

This was from someone from a prop forum, so I'd really rather not say guys.I was just making the point that when using the 'barter' system, get your piece FIRST, otherwise, don't do the deal, as you never know if you'll be screwed over or not.I've actually seen this happen to a few of my buddies as well, with people that they thought were their 'friends'.Very sad indeed. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":confused:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" /> -A
