My Neighbors (way Off Topic)

Dude, my neighbors have this dog. He's a little mangy mutt called Chewy.He's aptly named. They live on a corner by a field and the dog nearly gets hit by a car two to 3 times a day. They don't watch him and he has this growth on his side and I'm sure his saliva is as poisonous as a komodo dragon.Unbelievably today this freakin' dog somehow gets a hold of a deer head.It's flesh is peeled off like Hellraiser and it looks like Wendigo.He drags it out and leaves it on my lawn!! well as an advocate for idiots and bad/mean/vicious dogs as my son was brutally attacked last year, shoot the bastard. call the cops dog warden, irritate them till hes gone or dead..Tank

i'd report it and if at anything , they'll get the owner(s) for how they treat the dog . If your pet gets any kind of growth or whatnot on them then it is your responsability to take care of it and seeing as they aren't doing anything then there's no reason for them to own an animal . if there's anything that makes me extremely mad is child and animal abuse . just better not catch me seeing it happen or they'll be in for more than what they are willing to dish out . <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"<_<\" border=\"0\" alt=\"dry.gif\" /> mike,
