Hello, all! There is a wax figure of Michael Crawford out in the Las Vegas wax museum that stands holding a half-mask from his most famous role as the "Phantom of the Opera" in ALW's stage production...To my knowledge, the figure is still in LA as I keep seeing pictures pop up online from people who have taken photographs with it. Here's a couple shots from a Google search for reference:http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2775/429001..._c0073fbdc3.jpghttp://www.flickr.com/photos/27512150@N00/556730116Would anyone be close enough - or even willing - to visit the wax museum and take at least 50 to 100 clear, large pics of that half-mask from every possible angle? I'll even pay you a few bucks to take the trip...Maybe $20 if you already live pretty close to it.If you'd like to assist, respond here or PM me for more information. Any help will be immensely appreciated!! <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Smile\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />Thanks in advance,Ryan

I was there awhile showing some people who had never been so believe me I could not have missed it. I am going to have to take a load of stuff out there next month and I can check again. If its there I'll take a ton of photos for you. Someone may be able to do it sooner though.

Lars,Dude, you don't know how much that would mean to me! I've been needing some exceptional quality photos of that mask for a loooong time now for a personal project, and you'd be pretty much the perfect person to get them, judging by your JGTH hero mask pics. If you're definitely going to make another trip there and wouldn't mind snapping some photos, please keep me up to date on your plans and stay in contact. As for the MC wax sculpture's whereabouts right NOW, all I know is that the first Flickr photo I linked above was taken January 19th, 2010 by a tourist at the Las Vegas wax museum...So as of that date, MC was still standing in the Madam Tussaud's in Vegas. It is likely he's been repositioned since then, or even moved out of the way to make room for more "hottest, newest stars"...Perhaps you could ask somebody who works there for more information and get back to me, if you still do not find him at all during your next visit. If anyone else from this forum lives out near the Vegas wax museum, is taking a trip there very soon, OR if you can confirm the current placement of their Michael Crawford sculpture, please let me know! Thanks again and cheers,Ryan
