Just want to say, I know there is a feedback category, but in this case Ross deserves a special mention.
I ordered a glove from him back in Jan that got destroyed by customs here when it arrived.
Ross promised to build me another one free of charge when he got chance. As he's been so busy, he instead has refunded me half the cost of the glove (he offered a full refund but I said keep half to cover the original material costs).
Mate - the world and this hobby needs more people like you.
