    That\'s what I always write on the package and the slip, then I insure it for the real value. Guess it\'s a Canadian thing, doesn\'t seem very fair though.

    \'gift-value $10 or less\' Wink $50 and there would be around a $15 charge or so for Canada. No, not fair, the joke governments plan to keep business in Canada, if you gotta pay to import something, they figure you\'ll be more likely to buy from a Canadian source Rolleyes

    this goes for everyone on the board, if you are going to send something to canada or anywhere outside of your county mark it as gift , value 10 dollars...taxes suck in any country and if there is a way around me, or a friend paying them I\'ll be the first in line...but it better work this time :ph34r:
