Help Needed

Hey guys,
I\'m looking to make either a set of zombie arms or a zombie chest piece for a personal project. I have the materials needed I just need some help, advice or even a website dedicated to this kind of thing. I have some knowledge on this topic, but need some more in order to really make this work out. Im planning on doing a lifecast on a friends arm and or chest in order to make the base. Any help wil be greatly apprecated,

I forget the site at the moment but i\'ll look for it. They have a complete article on doing life castings for arms and etc. No, it\'s not monsterlab that i\'m thinking of.
