Email Help

Ok so i have a hotmail email account and when i try to log in it tells me to type characters in a box. So i do it and it takes me back to the sign in page and does this over and over again. My browser (Mozilla Firefox) is set to accept cookies and i dont have a clue whats going on. Any help is appreciated.

yahoo mail did that to me when I had EI thats why I got Firefox

my yahoo account works fine but alot of my important stuff is in hotmail.

so i guess the only thing i can do is switch everything over to my yahoo account. oh well
