Subtitles

Hey Guys,
I need some help, I need to know how to get subtitles to work on windows media player, I have the Subtitles file for the movie I want to watch but it wont show up on WMP, I even did the show sub\'s option on the player, can anyone help me out?

That\'s all I usually do when I edit and make my movies. Try another movie to see if the titles got encoded correctly.

Actually, Ive had that same problem with WMP before. Is your movie a ".avi" file? I think what you need to do is download a program called VobSub. That\'s what worked for me. You also have to make sure that the movie file and the subtitle file are called the exact same thing (minus the file extention), and in the same folder. Being on your desktop together doesn\'t seem to count.
