Seaming A Mask?

OK i don\'t have a dremel(a working one that is..) or a cotton bullet... so is there any other way to seam a mask?

Not properly. You can use cuticle scissors to get close.....but you\'ll still have a seem line.
I\'d invest in a dremel....aside from seaming a mask, the come in very handy!
