Latex mask paint from Monster Makers. Acrylic paint on a mask will crack and flake off in less than a week, sooner if you plan on wearing it. Just order the paints from Monster Makers and get a thing of Perma Wet to use on the mask after it's done being painted and it'll look real good and soft.

The best advice I can give is to take your time, don't rush a paintjob or else it'll come out crappy. Use small brushes for tight areas so it'll allow you to put more detail into it.
