Well everyone that's been on the net looking at all the comic book movies comming out. So is this true are we going to get a MARVEl made Cap movie just like Spidey, X-Men, FF and Ghost Rider?I'm really hoping that this isn't a rumor and there working on it. I know Stan loves the cap and would want to make a film about the story. So is this a rumor or are they working on it?

I'm pretty sure it's more than a rumor. I forget where I heard about it, but, yeah, it's being made. Another comic movie, Iron Man, will be out next year starring Robert Downey Jr.
