Hi guys,I've been working on a little project for myself over the past couple of weekends. I had been searching for ages for an ACCURATE model of the house that Kristen makes in NOES 3 Dream Warriors. I've seen a couple out there that were pretty good, but nothing that I was ready to pay top dollar for just yet. That got me to thinking and Elizabeth and I were sitting around one night and thought that if we really just put time into it we could make the house ourselves. One thing led to another and the next thing you know...the weekend is almost up and my right index finger is killing me from all of the glue that I've had to apply in the past 48 hours. Anyway I'm nowhere near finished but I'm making killer progress. I've only got the roof section of the house built and near complete. I'm adding the planks to the windows either today, or tomorrow evening and after that's done the entire room will be complete. I'll then be starting on the sides of the house and save the front for last.I'd like to add that my house will match the screen used model by every single plank. I'm even doing my best to angle everything in the exact same spots. These pictures are a little brighter than what I had hoped for because it makes the house look whiter than it actually is. My version has a very dirty and worn out look to it and I'll be doing some more weathering on it today once the window planks are done.Below is a picture of the screen used house followed by 2 shots of what I've completed so far. You'll notice so far...everything matches...size, color....I even got close to the same kind of clippings of newspaper, or as close as I could I should say. Please drop me comments and let me know what you think so far. I'll be updating with more pics as I make more progress...I just wanted to have a chance to show all of my fellow NIGHTOWLers and get any feedback that I could. Thanks Everyone,-JosephScreen Used House: My House: My House:
