OK thanks guys. I was sent an item on a 6-10 day delivery 2 weeks ago, nothing has arrived. Paid a lot of money for it, so hope it arrives in next few days. I'll give it 40 days, and if nothing by then I'll be making my first paypal claim. Cheers guys!!!!

You can actually get longer if you pay with paypal using your credit card rather than paypal funds. With paypal funds you only get the 45 days. With your credit card then basically you can file a claim with your credit card company againt Paypal rather than the person you did business with. Then Paypal has to go get the goods or the money for youI try to never pay for anything that is not an immediate turnaround with paypal funds unless is is someone I completely trust. Otherwise I will move any funds to paypal to my checking account then send paypal funds using my credit card.Just a hint on doing larger purchases for things that need to be painted or madeShummy

yeah make a claim after 40 days wayne, i have claimed back a few times and never had a problem, it usauly turns out that the seller has said they will ship out with a $35 4-10 day service but when it arrives you see $9 on the postage label and it takes 4-6 weeks to arrive, not that i am suggesting your seller has done this but this is usually why there is a huge delay.
