Foam Filling

Hi guys, I have a few masks I would like to get filled. Can anyone tell me how to do this or if you think it's something better left to professionals? Thanks for any help.

I'm no expert by any means but I recall reading that foam filling is best left to someone who knows what they're doing.............................Larry
