Would you take sandpaper to that hat already. Wear down the edges of where you put a hole in the hat and brim of the hat. I took a heavy grit paper and just went nuts on it. Turned out like it was a 10 year old hat. Give it a try

i did but i didnt use that hard of paper, ill try it with that and see what i get. thanks
