Looking To Have Three Evidence Tags Made.

I would like to get three evidence tags made up. One for my Freddy glove, one for my chainsaw, and one for a machete I keep with my Jason masks. I'm not really sure what I would want them to say, so if anyone is clever and has the ability to make up some tags for me please PM me.
