Neverending Story Book

I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out.For a very very long time I wanted to have a prop of this book from the film. I have a friend who's into book making and agreed to do it for me but I can't find a downloadable copy of it anywhere! They sell replicas of the auryn on eBay, but I've never seen the book replicated.
