It is a severed head prop that was used in the remake of from 2004. I am looking to trade this piece for a Jason mask (hood or hood+Hockey Mask combo), leatherface, or freddy (preferably wearable)!
This piece is foam filled, and is missing the eyes. It is very detailed for what it is. The skin and mouth really stand out as being disturbingly realistic.
