Looking For Some Mask Info

I was reading an article a few minutes ago and came across a site that had a very interesting piece that I've never seen made before and don't remember even hearing about this . Could anyone with some info on the Howard The Duck bust that is pictured in the link below please let me know how limited it was , who made it , the cost , and if it's still avalible or retired ?

I'm pretty sure that was made by Don Post Studios when the film was released. I haven't seen that many around for sale.
