    Well done man.

Thanks man I appreciate it. Yeah outdoor lighting is always better. I hope to get an HD video camera soon for better videos too. I look forward to maybe doing some more later on. Definitely a tedious job but the end result was well worth it.

You did a great job.

You should take a pic with a goalie mask laying in front of the tombstone & a machete stuck in the ground.

i didnt say it sucks i just said it isnt that accurate, it is accurate but not spot on, mandj is way more spot on then yours, right colors and yours has too many cracks it only has 1 crack and broken parts and the word of the stone isnt black its same as the stone, and the middel part of the stone where words are isnt right color or size, wrong kinda cracks, as i said yours isnt spot on like his, yours is good for a first time but still i wouldnt buy it, not my tastes, if it isnt spot on accurate i dont even fool with it no matter what it is, it has to be perfect or i wont buy it, but anyways good job for the first time around could be better, and idc if im the only one compnaning, idc wat others think, screw what others think yourself included, but anyways keep up the good work, ttyl peace

Thanks guys to those who actually know what the tombstone looks like. Yeah there is one crack, and I already stated that I made another one to put the moss in as opposed to just sticking something on it. The letters are not black, that was a basecoat, they are the same stone color as the rest as I hand painted them last, you are seeing the shadows from the indentations naturally. I saw the one by the other member and it is not "accurate," by any means. It lacks the crack running down from the bigger chip on the right side, the moss, the fonts are not accurate, the color shading is not accurate, the top shape is flatter, Letters are too big, all should be the same size not the first one bigger, Not the same distance from top and bottom of the border etc, no crack/mark top left of the letter "J" (which I also purposely left out for now) etc.

So your accuracy theory has been thrown out the window as you don't know what accuracy even means apparently. But I am not going to bash someone else's work who did not say anything about mine just because you decided to make a childish comparison seemingly out of resentment for some reason. So I think that speaks for itself. Yours is not 100% accurate and neither is mine, but both still look cool and resemble the screen used one, that is what truly matters. I have received nothing but praise from a lot of others so far so I can only asssume you are upset about the one you have. I don't mind criticism but not when it is false, or just to bash out of jealously seemingly. I did this for fun, and as anyone else I tried to get it as accurate as possible and it was a prototype, meaning my FIRST one ever. No prop will ever be 100% accurate except the original, and it is all about personal perception. Every prop is unique in its own right.

But if you are gonna compare and bash someone's work at least know what you are talking about. So with that I am done with the discussion. At least everyone else's opinion is accurate, so maybe "screw yours"? I am not sure of a set price yet but I listed it on eBay reluctantly. But yeah I wanted to do a mask pic but forgot, might try and get one soon. Thanks!

This is what I went by mostly, and it is tough to see it even in the lightning lighting. I added the crack instead of just moss on top to make things easier. I wish they had a full daytime pic of this. I still want to get some pics at night with a lantern to try and replicate this pic. I also might make my next one thicker, which is more "accurate" but I also went with 4 inches first as my prototype so that it wold be easier to cut, and to just see if it all worked out, which it did.

Thanks man I don't think my landlord would like that much lol. But if I had my own house I would make a hole with a wooden coffin in it, and have the upper half of my mannequin dressed up in one of my costumes, and crawling out, with his hand on top the ground, and full faced maggot-head with cobwebs and maggots. And a lantern lighting up the stone. That would be one sick disaplay for Halloween!

No problem man, if you are happy with yours that is all that matters. If someone attacks me or my work I will defend myself, and I was puzzled as to why you reacted that way if you were happy with yours. I actually did not even know someone else did one until I searched it as I usually have no time to view forums anymore just to post my work. But I respect you for manning up about acting inappropiately about it all. I didn't even know there was another one out there I was hoping I was the first one to try it lol. Apology accepted man, and yeah it is all about having fun, not arguing over who has a more accurate prop.

Everyone has something to offer. I work hard on accuracy as I design life-sized/costumes for a living, but sometimes you have to sacrifice accuracy for wearability. Accuracy is important, but having fun is more important. But I try to get more accurate with each new piece I do as it is a learning process, and a lot of trial and error. Try it sometime and you will see it is not easy.
