yeah Spaz, I don\'t think it\'s that people look down on your mask at all, I think the brown paint that people have seen kinda throws you, since everyone thinks part 8 = grey.

btw, I love the comments about a \'movie accurate\' part 8 mask. His face was melting!! You never get to see what his face looked like before it was hit with the toxic waste. The Muppet is an original take on what Aaron thinks Jasons face looked like before it melted. Personally I love it, but everyone should and will have thier own opinion.

and yes mask makers work very hard, (any idea how heavy a solid plaster mold is??) and not enough of them get the credit or recognition they deserve. Then you get \'fan\' loyalty getting in the way of things sometimes where you have people that wouldn\'t by a mask from anyone except thier \'favorite\' mask maker.

my point all along . one reason why i like Spaz\'s mask is because he acually made a part 8 which is something very rare to find these days . kinda like h4 ,h5 , h6 , pumpkinhead , etc. nobody trys them cuz alot of people say " no don\'t make that . it\'s the worst one in the series . i hate that look . " stuff like that . so the makers don\'t bother wasting their clay and time on something nobody would want . alot of times you just get the same mask being made over and over and yes there are some good ones out there but i don\'t think it would hurt much to try a shot at another mask . it\'s like me sculpting 30 different H1 masks you know . all i know is that i can\'t wait to see Mark\'s and Justin\'s new masks coming out this year cuz the pics i\'ve seen of Justins phycho and marks freddys , man it would be killer to see a H5 or H6 mask by them .

    mike,
