Whatta Ya Think About This Fred Hat?

I used Kruegear\'s pics as a reference for this hat. I just got an old 1940\'s grey hat, and sprayed it almost fully with black paint, then I took a piece of fine grain sandpaper and sanded it down... The I just put the cuts in there, let me know what you think:
