    There are a few things you could do to make it look wet. The above mentioned Perma wet looks awesome, but on the downside can be quite expensive. You can also use clear silicone from the Hardware store (can end up a bit sticky though if not dried proper), clear High gloss acrylic finish works very well and doesn\'t look to fake either. The cheapest way to go would be Gelatine mixed with water, once that dries it looks really gooey! Hope this helps buddy!
