I know a little about cars, enough to recognized major problems and do all the standard maintainance. But, this one I don\'t know. I recently had my radiator recored, and all was good. I made sure that the guys put antifreeze in it being as this place does get cold. But, yesterday, the car temperature went way up. I managed to park it before it got too hot. I looked under the hood but can\'t figure it out. I put some water in it and all seemed well until about 10 minutes ago, I drove it and parked it. When I parked, there was steam coming from under the hood, so I popped it and took a look. I could hear hissing, but couldn\'t quite tell where it was all coming from. It looked like it was coming up from the driver\'s side far in the back, almost under the car. Anyone have a clue what it could be? I\'m definately calling the repait shop that worke don the radiator tomorrow morning.

Or maybe even a small hole in the radiator itself. I dont know if you\'ve checked that or not. I would say the thermostat is probably gone.
