When it happened, i was in too much shock to feel it, but i sure as hell felt it the next day. Tuesday night i went back to the hospital when I woke up puking from the pain.

Ouuuuch man, that looks extremely painful. I cringe when looking at it, I hope they gave you some gooood pain killers lol. :ninja:
That looks cool. It looks like you got it crushed off just a tad short of the entire finger nail. Is that correct? Don\'t feel bad though, Tony Iommi, lost the tips of 3 of his fingers the day he quit his job at a factory to start his new career, and he did just fine.
That hurts, more then most people will ever know, like you said not when it happens, kinda go numb right then, but after, fuck. I almost had a similar thing happen back a few years ago, had my left index finger hit with a metal punch and hammer. The sound was the worst part easily. But yeah, same deal, I didn\'t say a word, just kinda going on instinct and shock. Ran over to a sink to wash the blood away so I could tell if I did loose my finger or not, luckily I didn\'t. Bout 10 seconds later both arms were completely numb, and I had to sit down pretty quick, shcok is a funny thing. Wraped it up in a whole bunch of gauze, and got a little box of ice, and after about 15 minutes of sitting there contemplating if I should head to the hospital or not, I got bored and went back to work, figured it was gonna hurt good no matter what I did, so no point in just sitting there.
My uncle did the same thing with an axe when he was younger, took 2 3rds of his right index finger.
So, can we call ya nubby now?
