I would have to say the Terenzi Brothers ice cream truck in Killer Klowns from Outer Space.

Either the G costume from Godzilla 1984 (Godzilla Returns for any G fans) or the Arnold prop from Terminator 2 that took all the shots from the swat team in the Cyberdyne building. That would be cool.
