    Just a small update.

Got word that the piece would definatley be a foam filled display bust. Looking at approx, 1 week to sculpture and 6 weeks to deliver the complete busts to the lucky 10.

    That\'s all for now. Smile

I would love to get one, but wouldn\'t know until I seen the sculpture or who is doing it.
But if it\'s good, yeap I am game

I know this isn\'t for me... but I don\'t see how anyone could pay $50 down up front (non refundable) to have a Bub sculpture finished (in a week), especially not knowing who the artist is. I believe you that he is credible and respected... but why the secrecy? That leads to disaster on things like this. And I\'m actually speaking from experience here.

*nods* I agree with Warlock, there. I\'m a little hesitant about putting money on something that isn\'t yet existant, especially not knowing who the sculptor is and what his previous sculpts look like, etc.

I can\'t put the cultor\'s name up here because I haven\'t been given the go ahead to do so.
As for the $50 down, I understand that it\'s alot to ask of someone going in completely blind. I can\'t put down the $500 myself to get it sculpted first, but I can guarantee that all the buyers WILL be satisfied!

Anyone on the fence can PM me and I\'ll make you feel better about the "if". I will not reveal the sculptor but if you are really interested, PM me.

But thats thing thing, you CAN NOT guarantee a persons satisfaction out of an unfinished product. On a piece like this, a lot of factors go in that can be missed in a week period. Overall shape, accuracy, vibe, finishing work etc. I would really need to know who the sculptor is atleast before I make a deposit, and would most deffiently need to see a finished sculpture/cast before I paid in full.
Maybe you should get the deal finalized enough to atleast reveal the name of the artist before taking names?
