I didn\'t say I was interested because you haven\'t said who the sculptor is yet. I would not put a red cent down until he is named, I think it\'s pretty weird that you need his permission to name him or he hasn\'t given you the go ahead before he starts taking money.

I think some people are overlooking the fact that this was simply an initial gauge of interest. Every point that has been brought up was addressed in my post on page one.

I never felt like I needed permission to post the artist we appraoched... for me it was a courtesy to him. Come on people, think a little. Of course we would not expect anyone to shell out money without knowing and posting the full details. I also understand not everyone will like the final outcome, that is simply the nature of this hobby.

I will have all the details by the end of the weekend (maybe sooner) and provide an update.

I would truely love to share the reasoning (and my own thoughts) behind this but I will keep quiet.
