Ebay Question

So i won this item on ebay May 20th pay immediatly, the seller left me pos. feedback and since then I have recieved nothing. I waited a week and emailed asking when he would be shipping and heard nothing back and since then i have emialed him two more times and gotten nothing back. Should i be worried, i think so. What do you guys think?

start an incident(or whatever it is called) with ebay. You can get the persons phone # through ebay. Call them. I did this once and got my snigglesnarm shortly after.

I give someone 1 month before I leave a neg. But he\'s already left you pos. feedback so it\'s up to you. Start a squaretrade report or if you paid through paypal file a report through them... it should scare him into sending the item at least or refunding your money.

Thanks guys, im gonna file a paypal report. This suckles , i have never had a bad incident w/ ebay before. oh well, thanks again guys
